The Kit is created and provided by the business above. Your payment is handled by Link, the checkout service of Stripe, which acts as the seller of record for your purchase (“Sold through Link”): Link charges you, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT due in your country, sends you a receipt and handles payment-related requests, under its own terms.
We remain responsible for the Kit itself: its content, its delivery and support.
2. Scope
These terms govern the purchase of the Date Night Kit (the “Kit”) by consumers from the English-language pages of lovecouple.app, and its use. By ticking the box before payment, you accept them. The payment itself is also subject to the terms shown on Link’s checkout page.
The Kit is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority required in your country of residence if higher, to buy and use it.
The version that applies is the one in force when you order, and it is recorded with your order.
3. The product
The Kit is digital content supplied without a physical medium. It contains five PDF files: a 20-page guide, 36 printable cards (plus 6 blank cards), a 20-minute phone version, 5 evening plans and 20 ready-to-send messages. Its full content is described on the Kit page.
The files open with any PDF reader on a phone, tablet or computer, and can be printed.
The Kit also includes 200 cards to play online, in the browser, on lovecouple.app: four chapters (Talk, Dare, Spice and Scorching), which also include the cards of the PDF files.
4. Price
The Kit costs €9.90, taxes included: any sales tax or VAT due in your country is included in this price and collected by Link. There are no shipping costs and no subscription.
At checkout, Link may show the price in your local currency; if you choose to pay in that currency, the converted amount includes a currency conversion fee. The price that applies is the one shown when you order.
5. Order and payment
To order, tick the box accepting these terms and requesting immediate access (section 7), then pay on Link’s secure checkout page.
Your payment details, name and billing address are entered on that page and processed by Link and Stripe: we never have access to your card details. Your bank statement shows a line starting with “LINK.COM*”. The contract is concluded as soon as your payment is confirmed.
6. Delivery
The Kit is delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed: the download link appears on the confirmation page and is sent to the email address you gave at checkout. The link is personal; it stays valid for 72 hours and allows up to 10 file downloads. Remember to save the files on your device. Link also sends you a receipt by email.
The online game opens with the “Play now” link, shown on the confirmation page and sent in the same email. This link is personal and never expires. It opens on 4 devices (phone, tablet or computer) used in the last 60 days; a device that has opened it keeps it, thanks to a technical cookie, to reopen your cards. Beyond that, write to support@lovecouple.app and we’ll reset the counter.
Link expired or email lost? Write to support@lovecouple.app from the email address you used to buy, and we’ll send you a new link.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from (cancel) a purchase made online. This right does not apply to digital content supplied without a physical medium once its supply has begun with your prior express consent, after you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and once this has been confirmed to you (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, and the equivalent rules of your country).
This is how the Kit is sold: before payment, you expressly ask for immediate access to the Kit and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal by ticking the box provided, and we confirm it in the delivery email. As the Kit is available as soon as payment is confirmed, you can no longer withdraw after that.
As seller of record, Link applies its own refund rules and any mandatory consumer rights. For a question about your payment, you can contact Link support; for the Kit itself, write to support@lovecouple.app.
8. Legal guarantee of conformity
The Kit is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.
If a file can’t be read, is incomplete or doesn’t match its description, write to support@lovecouple.app: we will provide a working file and, if that isn’t possible, refund you.
9. Intellectual property and use
The texts, cards, illustrations and layout of the Kit are protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal, private right of use: you can read, print and use the files, and play the online cards, as a couple.
Any copying or sharing with others, resale or publication online, free or paid, is prohibited, including sharing the link to the online game.
10. Personal data
For your order, we receive the email address entered on the checkout page and the order details (amount, currency, date, status, language, Stripe identifiers), and we record a hashed fingerprint of the IP address and browser at download time, to secure the links. For the online game, two technical cookies keep in your browser the key of your link and a randomly drawn identifier; we keep with the order a hashed fingerprint of this identifier and the date it was last used, to limit the game to 4 devices. Your browser also remembers, on your device only, the card where you stopped in each chapter. We also count each day, without any personal data, the number of games opened. This data is used to deliver the Kit, provide support and meet our legal obligations, including accounting; it is kept as long as these purposes require. Your email address is not used for marketing.
Link and Stripe process your payment details, name and billing address as seller of record, on their own behalf. Our providers: Brevo (sending the delivery email) and OVHcloud (website hosting). You can exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction) by writing to support@lovecouple.app, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL). For everything else, see our privacy policy.
11. Customer service
For any question or complaint about the Kit: support@lovecouple.app. For a question about your payment or your receipt, you can also contact Link support at support.link.com.
12. Consumer mediation
If you have sent us a written complaint (section 11) and our answer does not satisfy you, or you have received none, you can refer the dispute free of charge to the following consumer mediator (articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code):
- Mediator: CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice)
- Address: 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France
- Phone: +33 1 89 47 00 14
- Website: https://www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php
- Email: litiges@cm2c.net
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
Failing an amicable solution, disputes go to the courts designated by law.
