Frequently asked questions
Do we need an account?
Yes: the Pass is added to your Lovely Couple space. The account takes a minute to create and costs nothing; you get the Pass afterwards, whenever you like, from the Pass page of your space.
Is it a subscription?
No. €9.99, paid just once: no subscription, no renewal, no extra fees. The Pass stays open on your account for as long as the Lovely Couple space is running.
On how many devices?
Four at once: phones, tablets or computers. On a fifth one, the Pass waits for a place to free up: remove a device in “Settings”, or wait until one of the four has gone unused for seven days.
Can we share it?
It is made for your couple, on your couple’s account: it can’t be lent or resold.
Is it explicit?
No. The tone is playful, adult and sometimes spicy, never crude or explicit. The Pass is for people aged 18 or over.
Can I get a refund?
The Pass opens as soon as you pay: before paying, you ask for this immediate access, which ends the right of withdrawal that EU and UK law otherwise gives. Link, which handles the payment as seller of record, applies its own refund rules. If a game of the Pass won’t open, write to support@lovecouple.app: we restore access or, if we can’t, refund you.
What about the Date Night Kit?
It is no longer sold. Already have the kit? Your “Play now” link still works, and the Pass is on us: create your space with the email address of your order, or write to support@lovecouple.app.
